Price and Payment Terms TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. sells stock and custom labeling products direct to healthcare facilities. For those accounts that require local/jusin-time delivery, TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. has a nationwide network of authorized distributors with which you can place your order. Minimum order is $50.00. All prices are F. O. B. point of shipment. Terms are Net 30 days. State and local taxes, if any, will be invoiced without prior written authorization.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Foreign import duties and exchange rates, if any, are additional.
Custom Orders TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. has the capability to produce custom labels to your customers’ specifications. Call your local TimeMed sales representative or your customer service representative for additional information and assistance.

Upon cancellation of a custom order once a purchase order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for all production charges accrued through the date of notification of cancellation. TimeMed assumes no responsibility for custom label orders on which the customer has made an error in quantity or label specifications.

Warranty All statements, technical information and recommendations about TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. products are based upon tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. products are sold with the understanding that the PURCHASER has independently determined the suitability of such products for its purposes.
- Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of shipment
- Unless a claim is made within 60 days of shipment to the customer, TimeMed claims no responsibility
- Any product shown to be defective within the time provided and to the satisfaction of TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc. will be replaced without cost to PURCHASER.
Returns Policy All stock products may be returned for credit, to the plant of origin, within one-hundred twenty days from date of invoice.
- Returned stock products will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor.
- Stock products that are more than one hundred twenty days from the date of invoice will not be accepted for return.
- Unauthorized returns sent "collect" to TimeMed will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in original cartons and in unused re-salable condition.
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number obtained from your TimeMed representative or by contacting the customer service department.
- The Return Goods Authorization Number must have supporting paperwork indicating original purchase order number, TimeMed work order number, date of original order etc.
If there is any loss or damage at the time of delivery, it is essential to note it on the delivery receipt. Any concealed damage should be reported to the delivering carrier within 15 days. Keeping the entire package is necessary until after the carrier issues a concealed damage inspection report.
Plate Charge Policy In order to maintain high production standards, we purge our plate files every 36 months (3 years). If an order is not placed within 36 months, a new plate charge will accrue to the customer.
The Shelf Life of TimeMed Labels The Shelf Life of all TimeMed tape/label products is: One year from date of invoice when stored in optimal conditions of temperature not to exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and Relative Humidity of 40% to 50%. The performance of our products cannot be presumed to be satisfactory beyond this point, even when stored in these optimal conditions. The performance of our products can degrade much sooner if the storage conditions are not optimal.
